What is a Trillium Partner?

Trillium Partner Agents are independent real estate professionals who have been approved by the Association to participate in the Trillium Grant Program and uphold the Association’s service standards.


Partner Agents operate independently while helping eligible homeowners access Trillium’s programs and financial incentives.

Who Can Apply?

Licensed Ontario Realtors® are welcome to apply. Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Partner Agents are approved individually, not by brokerage, and acceptance is determined solely at the discretion of the Trillium Association. The Association may approve, decline, or limit Partner Agents in any market based on the needs of the program.
