Yes, you can receive more than one grant as long as you qualify for each. There’s no limit to the number of grants you can be awarded.
Yes, both you and your spouse can be eligible for a grant. However, there’s a limit of one grant per transaction, not per person. The individual, company, or trust receiving the grant must also be listed on the agreement of purchase and sale for the specific transaction.
